What you’re buying
The optional Notch subscription includes official build delivery, updates during your subscription and email support from Macfleet at hello@axoai.tech. It is USD 3 per month or USD 24 per year, charged in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled, for a maximum term of 10 years. No trial is included. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed by Dodo Payments before payment. The complete app is also available as a public download.
Delivery and requirements
Notch requires Apple Silicon and macOS 14 or later. After successful payment, use the delivery instructions and secure customer portal provided by Dodo Payments, or the public download and installation guide. The matching source and license accompany the release. Updates are downloaded from this website; the app does not yet update automatically.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Choose cancellation at the next billing date to retain subscription access through the paid period. Previously downloaded software keeps working. For a billing error, duplicate payment or delivery problem, contact hello@axoai.tech with your receipt reference. We review refund requests individually; this does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
Your software and your data
Notch is distributed under GPL-3.0-or-later. Buying a subscription does not restrict your rights under that license. Your local files and settings are never locked or deleted because a subscription ends. Online download delivery and customer support require network access; the app’s local tools do not require a billing login.
Payment privacy
Dodo Payments processes your checkout, payment details, invoices and billing portal sign-in. Macfleet’s billing service keeps the minimum transaction references needed to reconcile payments and support purchases. Card information is not sent to the Notch app. Checkout confirmation uses a temporary browser session token; it is not advertising tracking.
